Dr. Katie Day graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021.
She graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Phi Zeta veterinary honor society. She grew up in Georgia and earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia in 2015.
She joined Greater Atlanta Veterinary Medical Group in June of 2021. Her special interests include preventive medicine and cardiology. She is continuously impressed by our commitment in ensuring the highest quality of care for our cats and dogs. She is honored to be a part of a team that truly practices the best standard of veterinary medicine.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her fiancé as well as her two dogs, Hambone and RC Cola, and cat, Moonpie. She enjoys reading, watching the Braves, and exploring new places. She just moved to the metro Atlanta area, so you can find her trying new restaurants and visiting all the well-known local establishments.
